NCAA FB Picks
Our NCAA Football prediction model is based off of insiders knowledge of each coaching staff and the players they have recruited over the past 4 years. We gained this knowledge by training and helping players advance to highly educated coaches in the college football world. We also study things like trending topics across the nation to gauge teams notoriety and will be adding many more top NFL Draft Prospects to our website, along the way. We will be making predictions on a new page that will be up shortly, that can be accessed for donations only. We have only been wrong a handful of times since the seasons inception. We believe Northwestern did not get in because they play Notre Dame this weekend, who is favored to win. Many are predicting another close match-up for the Fighting-Irish of Notre Dame and computers across the world wide web are predicting an Irish win, with the spread being set at 9.5 points. College Football Recruiting RankingsTop JuCo FB Recruits All Look Very Familiar
Aaron Watkins played in the 2018 Scout Trout All-American Bowl and had some D2 offers, as he was eligible to play right away at that level. Watkins choose to take a chance and go the JuCo route to be able to obtain NCAA eligibility requirements and pursue the D1 level of play. Knowing this young man and his family very well, I believe with Aaron's physical ability, he could wind up easily reaching that goal. He is the definition of a "work-horse" back, but also has the agility, speed and vision of a dynamic skill position player. It is extremely hard to obtain an NCAA Football scholarship at any level of play in the NCAA, as the FAFSA does not pertain to Canadians or anyone else in the world, besides American citizens. Aaron did nothing but produce at Hocking College in Ohio and I am very proud in the way his work ethic, attitude and faith carried him through yet another storm. Overall, when it comes to resiliency, character and play on the football field, I cannot find a better JuCo RB recruit with enormous potential to morph a college offense's running game into an unstoppable force on the gridiron. - Coach Trout
Top JuCo OL Recruit Gene Tapia is one of the smartest OL recruits in all the land
Forget about Tapia's outstanding agility, attitude and excellent blocking abilities, as what stood out to me about Gene was his extremely high football IQ. I had the honor to coach Gene his first year of college football in training camp at Northland College in Minnesota. Gene helped protect one of the best pocket QB's in all of JuCo football in Shannon Patrick and was a major reason Northland was able to win their conference title last season. Gene went back home to New York and attended Monroe JuCo, as this was closer to home and he once again dominated on the football field. Proving that he is the premiere OL recruit that we have listed on our Top JuCo Recruit Rankings page. Gene can be the Quarterback of the OL at the NCAA level and will provide unmatched leadership in the trenches, as he is a beloved teammate and person in any social climate. Thanks for showing us who Tapia really is and persevering through some dark times, to come out the polished 5-Star JuCo Recruit that you are. - Coach Trout
Simon Kenton HS Football in Kentucky Has Been A Powerhouse Program Since Coach Marksberry Became Head Coach
When it comes to domination at the high school level, not many compare to what Coach Jeff Marksberry and Simon Kenton have been able to do since the year 2000! The history of Simon Kenton Football up until 2010 can be found on the school's official Simon Kenton football website.
![]()
More recently, Simon Kenton has continued its excellence in the State of Kentucky and when I watch players like Clay Cogswell and JJ Courtney, I start to think they could compete with some of the best HS teams across the nation. I went back to 2013 and found more dominating play, as I went to 2014 I found yet another 11 win season. Once again in 2015, The Pioneers were able to muster up a 13-win season and yet another 11 win season the following year in 2016. 2017 brought yet another 11 win season and currently Coach Marksberry and his Pioneers sit at 8-2 in the 2018 season. When I flip on Cogswell's tape, I see one of the most athletic, yet disciplined players I have watched on tape. The defensive line of Simon Kenton is a joy to watch, as they all are adept to what their assignments are and are able to leave no gaps in the defensive front. When players like JJ Courtney are able to come off the edge with such tenacity and great technique, it is able to translate to coming out on top, time and time again. The Pioneers are also one of our HS Football Teams of The Year and they could be in consideration for our Dynasty award, as we start to piece together our end of season honors. I cannot stress enough how in this world we all come different backgrounds, but winning has many common characteristics that you will continue to see in the College Football Today Top Recruit Winners Circle Updates.
Top 2020 ATH Recruit Gary Osby And Lowndes High School Are Loaded With Top Recruits That Will Be Added To Our Rankings
I love going to find players on recruit Georgia, as I know for a fact that they have been a major player in helping the deserving young men of Georgia find college football homes. When I got to watch the greatness which is Gary Osby on tape, I got to see a premiere athlete of both sides of the football and a bunch of young men playing together as a unit. This very well coached team is a prime of example of winning with disciplined and exceptional athletes across the board. Lowndes is currently ranked 66th in the nation on Maxpreps and 7th in the extremely talent rich football state of Georgia. Lowndes has many athletes that we will be adding to our recruit rankings and Gary was named defensive player of the week! Congrats and good luck the rest of the way!

Top 2019 DT Recruit Lloyd Murray Announces Top 5 CFB Programs
The winners circle will continue to grow, as our efforts have been felt globally and we will not be defeated if we listen to one of our former President's famous quote above. I have watched kids like Tra Ranson portray the meaning of this quote so vividly, that it made me start College Football Today. I watched receivers like Javen Banks sign late last year with FBS Texas State, after he was able to reject the false claims around him and rise as an instant contributor for the Bobcats receiving corps. People will condemn hip-hop and modernized influential rap music that inspires the pack to mold together through constant adversity, but I learn daily from rappers like Ace Hood and even Snoop Dogg, on how to overcome obstacles in my own unique way. I remember listening to NAS in 8th-9th grade during those "ETHER" days and I came across a song that still reflects how I feel about these young men today.
Top 300 ATH Recruit Tra Ranson is all about that action boss
Scout Trout 2019 All-American Safety is starting to look a lot like arguably one of the most prolific backs in the NFL, Marshawn Lynch. Watch Tra in the first round of the Missouri HS playoffs below and how he operates out of the Wildcat offense to get the job done for Sikeston. When it comes down to it, there is no better strategy in the playoffs than putting the ball in your best athlete's hands and letting him carry your team to victory. Beautiful job Tra, we will have this package available for you at the 2019 Scout Trout All-American Bowl in Dallas,TX.
Top 300 RB Recruit Jayveon Ross is now a 5 Star recruit with his prolific downhill running style
Talk about one of the toughest downhill runners in the nation, Jayveon Ross is seen carrying the pile below and never stops his feet from moving, which is able to show the vast amount of power this young man possesses. The balance you will witness at 1:10, looks like a 200LB Barry Sanders, which is unheard of at this level of play. I hope teams begin to see this guy for what he is–a dynamic game-changer who can set the tone physically for your offense. He will be gaining even more points, after showing some pretty unique play on the gridiron.
Top 2019 LB Recruit Terry Byers looks eerily similar to Brian Urlacher
Terry Byers has been a tackling machine his entire career and his team at Arnold high school was responsible for assisting in cleaning up quite a mess from the most recent hurricane. As you will see below, Byers has outstanding instincts as far as finding the football and uses his outstanding overall athletics to zip to the football with some of the best closing speed you will watch on tape.
Top 2019 LB Recruit Jordan Hayley has brought the noise all season long for Florence
When we talk about covering a vast amount of ground quickly, Jordan Hayley is one of the most brilliant in that respect that we have seen in 2019. He also, as you can see in his footage below, arrives with physicality and is able to set the tone for whatever defense he lines up for. His camp tour took him through the likes of Ole Miss and other FBS programs, who expressed a great deal of interest in this young man's skill set. We are proud to have him as a 2019 Scout Trout All-American, as we begin to prepare for our East vs West format in Dallas,TX. We are going to be the most unified and winning group this nation has witnessed and we will always have the "Big Stick" ready for combat.

NCAA Football Top 25 Notes
- Most of the teams the AP added we already had on our Top 25 the last few weeks like Utah State, Syracuse, Virginia, Utah, Houston and a few others who have been popping in and out. We put Fresno in last night and Boston College was our 26th team. Differences are highlighted and explained in detail below. We have had 10,000 + votes since last night and will be looking through fan polls today.
- Kirk Herbstreit made a case for Fresno State that did not match up to the one we had already been making since mid-season. Their only loss was to Michigan State in their first game, but they have ran every opponent after that off of the field. We did not think the AP would put them all the way at 18. But I guess justice was served for the Utah State Aggies. They travel to the home of College Football Today to take on the Colorado State Rams and we will be watching the greatness which is Coach Matt Wells, lead the now nationally ranked Aggies against well, Aggies. Both Fresno and Utah State are in the AP Top 25, because the case was presented on both sides and they obviously seen these stats posted last night by College Football Today by HeroSports.com. Also, Fresno State lost to Minnesota and I think they had the worst QB and offense we have seen in the nation, when we attended Coach Frost's first victory as the Huskers Head Coach. - Closing Article Here.
