HS FB ALL-AMERICAN BOWL
The 2020 HS FB All-American Bowl at College Football Today was played on January 11th at the Christian Brothers Academy in Memphis,TN. I want to thank the staff assembled by Coach McDaniel of the Christian Brothers and him personally for all of his assistance. I also would like to thank the officials, training staff and PA announcer for helping us with our event. I also would like to thank the Homewood Suites in Memphis, as they gave us a 10 out of 10, as far as guests are concerned, which shows what types of families attended the All-American Bowl. Last but not least, I would like to thank the coaches and players for being not only great football minds, but class acts the entire weekend. We had to work around a brutal storm, but hey, being adaptable is apart of the process in life and football.
2020 ALL-AMERICAN BOWL
The 2020 All-American Bowl features footage features many angles that were used to get a better glimpse at certain positions on the field. All of the angles can be seen on our All-American Bowl page, along with pictures from the event. That being said, my favorite angle can be found below. Given the limited time we had to prepare offensively for the Bowl game, I had the tablet running in the huddle of both offenses and focused on the interior line. Also below, is our scouting footage wide angle that was produced by the wonderful film crew at the Christian Brothers Academy.
ALL AMERICAN BOWL 2020
All American Bowl 2020 featured Fox 13 and two outstanding practices in the rain in Memphis. The cohesiveness of this group was unmatched from anything I have seen throughout my 30 years of playing the game of American football and the past 3-4 years working at the company I created Scout Trout Elite. Our entire roster was made up from our STEP ratings series to ensure we found the best football recruits in the nation. I want to once again thank the All-American Bowl players for being the best group I have ever coached and for being adaptable in the process to pull off this special event.

CHRISTMAS DAY FOOTBALL
Christmas day football has decided to take a break in 2019 and we believe it was to give coaches, players and football families a break from the hectic rat race our game has become. College Football recruiting is now a year round event and the NFL teams are scouting rigorously for the up coming 2020 NFL Draft. Each respective level will be competing or paying for the services of the best our game has to offer and searching high & low for the next diamond in the rough. Which brings me to our next CFB Award at College Football Today, as our WR of The Year Award winner will be an immediate impact player in the NFL.
CFB WR OF THE YEAR
The CFB WR of The Year Award goes to Arkansas State wide receiver Omar Bayless, who had 93 receptions for 1653 yards and 17 touchdowns in his final year with the Red Wolves. Standing at 6'3,207LBS, Bayless reminds me of a Anquan Boldin with his physical style of play and remarkable play making abilities. When it comes to one handed snags in tight quarters, I have not seen many with the concentration of Bayless nationally and he is the ultimate deep threat at the next level. I project Bayless to go high in the 2020 NFL Draft, as there are not many that have the overall skill-set to create huge plays downfield in the world of College Football Today.

Top 2020 WR Jayden Brown (FL)
Top 2021 WR Paulo Adams (FL)
TOP 2020 WR RECRUITS
Top 2020 WR recruits at College Football Today are some of the most talented young men I have evaluated on tape and not many have the wiggle, speed and power that Tyshawn Lighty possesses out of Lorain High School in Ohio. Not many can line up anywhere on the field and make a significant impact offensively like Tyshawn Lighty, as he is instant offense for a college football team. Tyshawn has received multiple offers and has major FBS interest from Bowling Green, Kentucky & Syracuse. When it comes to being able to stop and start on a dime and make defenders miss, Lighty takes the cake in the 2020 recruiting class at College Football Today.
Top 2020 WR RECRUIT
Top 2020 WR recruit Neriyan Brown possesses ball hawk and shut down capabilities on the defensive side of the football, but had an extremely impressive season on the offensive side of the football at North Springs HS in Georgia. Brown has also received several offers and has major interest brewing nationally, as one of the best overall football players in the nation. Check out one of the most dynamic play-makers in the State of Georgia below and see why we selected him, as a 2020 High School All-American at College Football Today.
TOP 2020 APB RECRUITS
Top 2020 APB recruits will see the greatness that is Satyler Wilson on our top football recruit rankings very soon, as he is one of the most electric players in the Southeast region of the United States. Wilson is one of the best route runners I have evaluated on tape in the 2020 recruiting class and is a explosive receiver coming out of the slot or wing-back position. Satyler possesses extreme athletics at the wide receiver position and remarkable instincts in the way he plays the game. He has the ability to make defenders miss and some of the best hands in the 2020 college football recruiting class. I am very excited to work with such a high octane WR recruit at the 2020 HS All-American Bowl in Memphis,TN.
2020 TOP WR RECRUITS
2020 top WR recruits at College Football Today features one of the best return men in the State of Florida and Jayden Brown is also an exceptional route runner. Brown is the definition of exhilarating speed on the football field and will most certainly be getting the ball in his hands on pass targets, as well as reverses. Brown is one of the quickest receivers I have seen at catching the football and getting up field, as he possesses some of the best football instincts and speed you will witness in the 2020 recruiting class. In working with Brown in person, he has an outstanding overall demeanor that will translate to being a leader in the locker room at the next level. Jayden is also extremely coach-able and lacks nothing as far as a Top 2020 WR recruit is concerned.
TOP 2021 WR RECRUITS
Top 2021 WR recruits features another Nova HS standout from the talent rich State of Florida in Paolo Adams. Adams is a magnificent route runner and compliments the above top 2020 wide receivers very well when working out of the slot wide receiver position. I have also witnessed Paulo work live at Nova High School and he is capable of making big plays downfield. He has some of the best hands you will find in the 2021 football recruiting class and is able to create separation for his quarterback with his keen senses at the receiver position.
COLLEGE FOOTBALL TODAY
The College Football Today Running Back of The Year is Chuba Hubbard out of Oklahoma State University. Hubbard had one of the most prolific seasons in NCAA football history, as he amassed over 2,100 yards from scrimmage which was combined with 21 rushing touchdowns. Hubbard and the Oklahoma State Cowboys will take on the Texas A&M Aggies in the Texas Bowl on Friday at 5:45PM EST and Hubbard looks to solidify himself, as the top running back in the nation heading into 2020.

Dave is able to make play after play on the football in his 2019 highlight's below and is one of the best overall football recruits in the State of Maryland. As you will start to see around 1:15 into the film below, Hines also possesses breakaway speed on the offensive side of the football and will be used on both sides of the ball in the 2020 High School All-American Bowl at College Football Today. Top 2020 RB recruit Michael Floyd will be toting the rock in our 2020 All-American Bowl, as he was one of the most talented rushers in the State of Alabama. Floyd has received major interest/offers from across the landscape of College Football Today and has a brutal downhill running style that will be conducive for heavy offensive production at the next level. You can find more about Michael Floyd by clicking on his Scout Trout Elite Running Backs profile below.
TOP 2021 RB RECRUITS
Top 2021 RB recruits come from all over the world, as we have seen with the Canadian Cowboy Chuba Hubbard at Oklahoma State. We have another standout Canadian RB making the trip to Memphis,TN for the High School All-American Bowl in Jawaun Smith out of St.Thomas More in Canada. Smith is one of the most solid downhill runners in the 2021 recruiting class and helped St.Thomas More finish the season as undefeated champions! Jawaun and his brother Jaylen are two of the best athletes in the world, as they have earned their right to compete in the All-American Bowl at College Football Today. Watch Jawaun's spectacular 2019 season below, as he was able to rush for over 1,600 yards on only 149 carries and 25 touchdowns!
CFB PLAYER OF THE YEAR
CFB Player of The Year at College Football Today is not Joe Burrow, even though he brought home the Heisman Trophy and many other prestigious awards this past season. We instead have selected Oklahoma Sooners QB Jalen Hurts, as in our opinion he was the most valuable player on his football team in 2019. He faced much adversity throughout his storied career and was able to not only overcome many trials, but be an exemplary leader in the process.
Jalen Hurts 2019 Passing Stats
Jalen Hurts 2019 Rushing Stats
PEACH BOWL 2019
The Peach Bowl in 2019 will feature the Oklahoma Sooners vs the LSU Tigers, as our CFB Player of The Year takes on the 2019 Heisman Trophy winner and a roaring LSU Tigers defense. I believe Hurts will take a win over the Tigers in the Peach Bowl, instead of any award in which he did not win. To beat an extremely talented LSU team or any potent SEC defense, you must have a big time dual-threat QB that can avoid the fierce pass rush that these teams depend on weekly. LSU has showed signs that they are susceptible to letting up a lot of points later down the road this season, when Ole Miss was able to score 37 on their defense. I do know this, Jalen Hurts and the Oklahoma offense will be firing on all cylinders in the 2019 Peach Bowl and Jalen Hurts will be the player to watch in the 2019-2020 College Football Playoff.
JALEN HURTS NFL DRAFT
When it comes to measuring Jalen Hurts for the NFL Draft in 2020, you have to begin to look at how quickly he can grasp new concepts and put them into action. The kid who was at Alabama as a "running QB", is fully capably of pushing the ball deep downfield, as he proved this season with the Oklahoma Sooners. When you combine his overall athleticism and capabilities escaping pressure in the pocket, you will begin to see all of the intangibles needed to excel at a high level in the National Football League today. Much like a Lamar Jackson, Hurts could be the next athlete to break the QB rushing record with his ability in the ground game. Plays obviously will break down in college and the NFL and Jalen Hurts is not only fully prepared when they do, but he can turn a dead play into a touchdown. Would Alabama have made the College Football Playoff with Hurts at the helm? We will never know, as the media played a major role in Hurts being gifted the tutelage of Coach Lincoln Riley and his high octane offense.
COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF
The College Football Playoff could be one of the biggest success stories in our time at College Football Today, if Jalen Hurts and the Sooners can topple the mighty Tigers of LSU. Hurts has already made it further than his former teammates at Alabama, but he clearly does not hold any animosity towards his former program and only cares about bringing home the 2019-2020 CFB Playoff National Championship to Norman, Oklahoma. To be completely honest, if Hurts can lead the Sooners in the CFB Playoff like the star he has been all season, I believe he is a better pick than Tua Tagovailoa, as he not only is more durable, but is a much better athlete at the QB position overall.
SOONERS QB JALEN HURTS
The Sooners QB Jalen Hurts was a topic of discussion last year when he was in training camp with the University of Alabama. I believed that Jalen Hurts brought different dynamics to the their offense and should have rightfully been the starter or at least used more often in the offense. Click the button below to read the full story on Tua vs Hurts at College Football Today.
College Football Today HS All-American Quarterbacks are also cut from a different cloth like Jalen Hurts and are looking to make a statement at our All-American Bowl in Memphis,TN. We recently previewed our All-American Quarterbacks at College Football Today and you can read more about what they are capable of at the next level by clicking the button below!
