TOP FOOTBALL RECRUITS![]()
Our June Bug re-rank featured many top football recruits enter our football recruiting rankings and many were able to move up or step up in the process. Which brought me to a Bible verse that my father always used to mention when I myself became a top football recruit. The verse can be found below and even though the westernized culture has diluted the meaning of this verse. I believe it was one of the many verses that can teach us not only how to get to the top, but remain leaders on and off the field. - Educational article
“From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked" - Luke 12:48 TOP FB RECRUIT RANKINGS![]()
When you find your name on a top FB recruit rankings list, things can be exciting at first glance, but do you have what it takes to succeed with a glaring spotlight on you moving forward? There are just as many 5 Star busts as there are successful 5 Star recruits and their fate has been at the hands of sports writers for the past decade. When I stumbled upon an old article I wrote about why we should "Fear The FCS", I realized that Colorado State had over 50 3-Star recruits and got pummeled by an Illinois State Redbirds team, who had 0 Star rated football recruits. I have known the system was heavily diluted for sometime and facts can always be twisted by sports writers, which can become truths to those selecting players to place on scholarship. In psychology, we call this cognitive dissonance, which you can learn more about at Scout Trout Elite by clicking HERE!
FOOTBALL RECRUITING![]()
Our approach to football recruiting was much different this year, as the social and political scene has become rather frightening for everyone in the United States of America. We dubbed last month as operation #MayDay and the events that followed were not only eye-opening, but devastating to the inner fabric of our nation. Our nation was built by all races, immigrants and especially black people, who were able to lay a solid foundation for us to move forward. One of my favorite articles, which was written off of true emotion, was about how Martin Luther King would feel in present day America. I have realized most of what others call masterpieces, were created through immense pressure, adversity and tragedy. Many of my black friends have passed away and it wasn't their time go. George Floyd was brutally murdered at the hands of a police officer, who should have not been in a position of authority in the first place. For us to treat people who have paved the way for us as a society in this fashion is not only negligent, but demonic practices that should be exterminated from our culture in it's entirety.
JUNE BUG 2020![]()
Operation June bug 2020 is something I stumbled upon while gathering data on monthly trends throughout the world and I found these magical creatures extremely interesting and motivating. Back in ancient Egyptian times, these fascinating Scarabs would literally push poop into massive balls and are known as a symbol of renewal and rebirth. When I studied them even further, I can't believe how much I want to emulate these revered bugs of ancient Egypt, as they can push through a lot of crap and somehow not only make the world a better place, but become legendary in the process. Below is a portion of an outstanding article written by Matt Simon from The Wired.
"Oddly enough, these critters do indeed have impressive celestial powers. Dung beetles like the scarab are incredible navigators that actually use the sun as guidance when moving their quarries. Rolling the dung ball along, the beetle will periodically stop, climb atop its prize, look around to orient itself, and climb back down and start pushing the ball once more. It’s all a matter of efficiency. Because it’s never just one beetle to one pile of doo-doo, the beetles need to move quickly with their goods or risk assault. They’ll viciously fight over poo balls and, hilariously, launch each other off of them like wrestlers flinging one another out of the ring, as David Attenborough describes in the video below. So by using the sun as a reference point instead of landmarks on the ground, the dung beetle can guarantee a hasty escape by following a perfectly straight path to a burrow, instead of wandering around wasting time. (Forget “as the crow flies.” It should be “as the dung beetle rolls.”)"
But their powers of navigation get even wilder. When the sun goes down, the dung beetles can use the moon to navigate. But what if there’s no moon? In 2013 scientists went out on a moonless night and put little hats on some beetles to obscure their vision and discovered, rather incredibly, that the critters are using the Milky Way to orient themselves, the only known instance in the animal kingdom. Without the hats, individuals navigated perfectly fine. Strap an adorable little hat on a dung beetle, though, and it stumbles around like a drunkard. And it’s this behavior that makes the dung beetle so pivotal to so many ecosystems. This is especially true among the great herds of Africa, which drop a staggering amount of plops. Dung beetles are more than happy to pick up little bits and roll them around, distributing fertilizer more evenly among the plains. Burying the droppings also has the added benefit of removing a food supply for flies, helping to keep their populations in check. Thus the humble dung beetle is entirely deserving of the worship it received from the ancient Egyptians. Even the Greeks put it on a throne, claiming it was the king of the mythical pygmies—a race of tiny peoples at constant war with cranes (the birds, not the machinery)—and went so far as to associate it with Zeus, according to Cambefort. Later on in the 1600s, the Jesuit Athanasius Kircher claimed that the line from King David’s speech in Psalm 22:6 invoking Jesus’ lamentations on the cross, “But I am a worm, and no man,” could be read as “scarab” instead of “worm.” Also an alchemist, Kircher believed that the scarab was the prima materia, a substance required to create the philosopher's stone that supposedly could turn metals like silver and iron into gold. COLLEGE FOOTBALL TODAY
College Football Today started formation at Scout Trout Elite in 2016. After the 2018 Scout Trout All-American Bowl in Mobile,Alabama, we started College Football Today.
When looking for solutions on Biloxi, Beach back in 2017/2018, I decided to start ranking top football recruit nationally. The hate, animosity and vulgar emails I received daily were not only sickening, but let me know where we stood as a culture, as far as racism and hatred towards one another is concerned. As disturbing as it was, there were thousands of ways that I found that could either run them off the face of the planet and/or flip their focus. Most of this started by studying my ex girlfriends lobbyist father, who I still think is one of the biggest enemies of the State today and I began digging for more crap to push into a pile. Much like a Scarab, the rebirth process took a lot of effort in my own daily process and I am still finding ways to get better daily. After evaluating around 90% of the top football recruits in the nation, I have found many recruits who resemble the perseverance, grit and determination that only the greatest Scarab's possessed. Which brings us to our top football recruit scouting reports at College Football Today and man do we a lot to cover.
ELITE FOOTBALL RECRUITING
Finding elite players through the football recruiting process that can play at all levels of College Football Today is not hard. I believe that we have found some very elite young men during the last few re-ranks and many of them have been added to the Scout Trout Elite Recruiting database.
