TOP OUTSIDE LINEBACKER RECRUITS
2017 top outside linebacker recruits did not feature Patrick Queen on 247 Sports, but rather had him in the 2017 ATH recruit rankings and ranked 298th nationally. As a 4-star recruit, Queen held seven offers and choose to stay home and accept his offer from the defending National Champion LSU Tigers. Patrick was able to blaze a 4.5, 40 yard dash at the 2020 NFL Combine, while also posting very impressive numbers across the board. Coming into the 2020 NFL Draft as a junior, Queen is arguably the most versatile linebacker in this year's class and was a major contributor to the overall success of the defending National Champions defensive unit. His intense motor as a pass rusher will be extremely hard to handle coming off of the edge and he can deliver at a very high level in pass defense, which makes him a very intriguing rover/SS in the National Football League.
