2021 TOP WEAK SIDE DEFENSIVE ENDS
2021 top weak side defensive ends features our number one overall DE recruit Dylan Brooks, out of Handley HS in Alabama. Brooks has been our number one defensive end recruit for the past year and the majority of the 29 offers he has earned have came from some of the best defenses in College Football Today. Brooks will be a great addition to whatever power five defense he chooses, as he is the most elite edge rusher in the nation and has a style of play that is eerily similar to 2020 NFL 1st Round projected edge rushing prospect Chase Young. Arguably the best defensive linemen to ever come out of the Big Ten, Young boasted 16.5 sacks in a unstoppable 2018-2019 campaign and finished 4th in Heisman voting. Chase is the best defensive player in the 2020 NFL Draft, as most expected after receiving 41 offers as a 5 star recruit coming out of Dematha Catholic. Young had three productive seasons at Ohio State and from watching tape on Brooks, we believe that he has the potential to be one of the most coveted edge rushers in his NFL Draft class.
